Honey at its best — unfiltered and truly raw. Unlike most store-bought honey that’s heated or thinned, ours keeps its full character and flavor.
Unfiltered, unheated honey from Utah’s Fruit Way — extracted by centrifuge and gravity alone, and poured straight into our signature jars. The finest gift from the Beehive State.
Elegant and delicious, a jar of Regency Honey is the gift that suits everyone — from the boss to the hard-to-please mother-in-law. Send one on its own, tuck it into a gift box, or pair it with a note. It’s the most fitting gift the Beehive State has to offer.

Bees have been a symbol of good luck and prosperity since 3,000 BCE — they appear in Egyptian hieroglyphs and were once believed to be the tears of the god Ra.
Honey pots were placed in King Tutankhamun’s tomb for his journey to the afterlife. Discovered ~3,000 years later, the honey was still edible.
Bees contribute to roughly one in three bites of food we eat, pollinating over a million flowers — some 27,000 miles of travel — to make a single jar.
Remarkably, bees have been trained to detect everything from landmines and explosives to disease. They’re not only mythical — they’re truly magical.
Our honey is extracted from the comb by centrifuge and gravity alone, then poured straight into our signature jars — keeping its full-bodied flavor intact. Truly raw means you may even see flecks of pollen when you open the jar. That’s the point.
How raw honey is different →Our honey comes from bees that pollinate the peach, apple and cherry trees of Utah’s “Fruit Way,” along with alfalfa and wildflowers — never heated, never diluted.

Regency Honey is a Utah company started by two friends. They were introduced to the sweet, fruity goodness that would become Regency Honey when Grayce married a fourth-generation beekeeper.
