The Craft

Never heated. Never diluted.

Our honey is extracted from the comb by centrifuge and gravity alone, then poured straight into our signature jars — keeping its full-bodied flavor intact. Truly raw means you may even see flecks of pollen when you open the jar. That’s the point.

Our Collection

Made by bees along the Fruit Way.

Our honey comes from bees that pollinate the peach, apple and cherry trees of Utah’s “Fruit Way,” along with alfalfa and wildflowers — never heated, never diluted.
